Postpartum Exercise Classes

Our Postpartum exercise classes will help mothers restore the strength and stability of their low back and pelvis after having their babies. This is a very important step prior to returing to your regular pre-pregnancy exercises.
This 1 hour class will run once per week for eight weeks. You must start at the beginning of the class. All participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding your level of function at the time of registration and at the completion of the class.
If you are experiencing significant postpartum pelvic pain, you should seek a consultative appointment with a physiotherapist at our clinic before entering this class.
