Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policies
Our cancellation policy for classes is as follows:
We would be sad to see you cancell your participation in any of our classes. We would encourage you to please discuss your options with your class instructor or with Erin. We want you to be healthier and happier so we would encourage you to have a private session (if available) or to take the remaining classes during the following session with refunding funds as our last option. We do however understand that circumstances change and you may be unable to complete a class that you have started. Any cancellation after attending a class(es) then they should be refunded the price of the class + GST - the cost per class for each class they attended with no refunds after the 3rd class. The cost per class amount is the price of the class divided by the number of sessions + GST.
Our class size minimums are 3 participants unless otherwise stated. If a class only has 3 participants and one of those participants cancels then the class may be cancelled due to being below our minimum participant numbers.
Our cancellation policy for appointments is as follows:
Appointments cancelled the same day are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the cost of service scheduled.
Missed appointments are charged in full.
Not having received a reminder call is not an accepted reason for a missed appointment.
Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash or cheque accepted.
Any cheques returned NSF are subject to a $35 fee.
Our Return and Exchange policy for products is as follows:
We want you to be totally satisfied shopping with us. In fact, we want you to be so satisfied that you'll order more and tell all your friends!
If you're not completely satisfied with anything you bought from us, simply ring your item, with tags still on (where applicable), back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
RETURN POLICY for CLOTH DIAPERS & COVERS: As we're sure you can understand, we can only accept returns for cloth diapers that are UNWASHED, in their original condition.
