What do we do?

Erin Laver and Cindy Procter are our Registered Massage Therapists. They provide treatments for a variety of soft tissue based disorders such as headaches, back pain and stress. Erin has considerable experience providing treatments for pregnant and post-partum mothers.

Janice Mannering is our Lactation Consultant. She has ten years experience helping mothers breastfeed their babies in challenging situations. Professional help in the first few weeks can make the difference between a positive breastfeeding experience and a negative one.

Jennifer Fabe is our Registered Dietitian. She can provide evidence based, custom tailored nutritional conselling for a variety of circumstances such as healthy weight loss, healthy vegetarian eating as well as diabetic and blood pressure control.
